Company is growing very fast with multiple opportunities while carrying good work culture as well as in learning and development part.

Dislikes

All manager are very supportive and but the current leaders they are hiring are not professional enough for example Our Housekeeping Manager he must be having 10 years of experience but he's not professional every time he use abusive language and doesn't lead the team as a leader and work as a boss which creates very bad impact in work culture as well as in personal life.

I wouldn't recommend this company for senior leadership roles as it's a family run sorta company, trying to imbibe branded culture into the organisation but miserably failing to do so ! Top leadership is not visionary, they are only stuck at making the company's ends meet by adding more hotels & seeking investments.
