They have good Sales Team throughout the regional office .

They have core values but actually they don’t follow it . Sayaji hotel is surviving due to their sales force and operations team . Their HR team is the worst . They dont have any Good HR who takes care of their staff. In higher authorities is also they dont have any good staff. Thats why they have never grown at the speed the we’re supposed to be.

Company is growing very fast with multiple opportunities while carrying good work culture as well as in learning and development part.

All manager are very supportive and but the current leaders they are hiring are not professional enough for example Our Housekeeping Manager he must be having 10 years of experience but he's not professional every time he use abusive language and doesn't lead the team as a leader and work as a boss which creates very bad impact in work culture as well as in personal life.

I work as ojt in food production department of mini banquet kitchen...all staff are Very familiar.. And I like to tell about chef suryaprakash he is very good in nature .and he is very responsible toward their work..and chef akash Bhavasar I learn alot from him .he is very talented chef from pantry section..and all staff of pantry section is really nice they teach me alone.. thanks to all.
