Company is good in terms of perks ..!! Taking good care in COVID /19 by letting work from home , recently sent chairs to employees for working from home. Overall good experience till now...!

Skill development is less, need to spend more money on trainings to enhance skills and upgrade employees ...! Management is fine though under these hard times...!

As I have wasted my 15 months working with Saxo People if you are joining Saxo the beware of below things, rest its your choice -We see politics every where but in Saxo you can't digest that cheap kind of politics from the leadership team and team leads -Its an lala firm. - Don't make mistake to join ITBS team Its an worst team if you join this team the you will make biggest mistake <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - there is manager whoes name is Sandeep Aggarwal is a person who is fit in BPO but management has hired him</mark>. I never saw that person as a manager because he has a very cheap attitude. - Its not only me who has this problem Infact people who suffered from the company has promised themself not to join Saxo no matter what. - HR omg what can I say there are lot of things but one thing I would say so that you can predict the whole story. They actually play politics with managers and share the annonomus feedback from the employee and ask the leader to ask your reportee to mark him or her above 5. - iT Hr Deepa be aware of her because this mam has no exp and doesn't care about employee satisfaction but only care about leadership team. - Overall if you join Saxo you would witness a cheap level of politics from leaders and work and mental harrasment from people like Sandeep Aggarwal and many more. Saxo is very adaptable to change in technology although there is still a little progress from cloud perspective. Completely people driven which is both good no policy is there to stop your ambitions, and bad as no policy is there to safeguard yourself against petty politics.
