Work life balance is good . No one will ask to work you on weekends or late after 5. There is open culture and you would have monthly connect with your leader.

Dislikes

If you are a developer you would be restricted to very small area or own small modules . You won’t be getting chance to work on platform (application level tasks ) . You would feel that you are not sure how things are working and just need to use what is being provided by their main framework or UI team.

Extremely poor management. No agile methodology followed. No proper planning of projects. Some are most dreadful project managers who even donot know ABC of project management. They are just sitting and doing nothing. Poor salary.
