The staff/teams are good and knowledgeable. They are the core of the company, but not valued by the management

Job security, random changes (too many), no vision, dictatorship in India Management (especially the India CEO runs the company as a factory, he has no idea about people management) , Too much favorism and grouping, too much politics

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
