They are biggest manufacturer of PPR Pipes in India. They have a excellent product quality. MD Sir is very humble polite & always smiling personality he is the best person of this organisation. Good Work environment and culture. Company polocies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Very friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

Due to huge demand supply is little bit delay

My job is quite interesting & i learned so many new thing & technology while working, also went abroad to attend exhibition.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country, International Travel.

One thing I only like in this company the nature of Md sir Mr Mahesh aggarwal ji.

Dislikes

One thing I would say working environment is not good in this company. Lot of politics in this company. Chances of career growth is negligible.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
