Senior Management team has weak evaluation and judgement skills Interview process is hectic, poor judgement skills, poor mode of communication, Weak decision making. My Interview process started on 1st of April, 2024 until 22nd April,2024 for the role of Project Manager, training Before the interview process could start I was told that I will have 1 HR and 2 technical rounds which was later modified I appeared for 2 HR rounds and 4 technical discussion rounds. 1st - HR discussion Round, Jyothi Anusha 2nd - Nitin Gupta, Director and reporting Manager as per Job Role 3rd - Suraj , Manager to Nitin Gupta 4th - Sue Shreshta, Release Manager 5th - Sapna Nair, General Manager 6th - HR , Jyothi Anusha The HR confirmed me verbally that I am hired and would release my offer letter in 2 days which never happened. And later after several calls, email and messages the HR (Jyothi Anusha) replied saying that the organization is going through structural change and they may resume hiring in after 3rd week of May. When followed again the, the HR did not reply. I had to drop messages on Linked In to the Manager (Nitin Gupta) and General Manager (Sapna Nair). Post which yesterday which is on the 22nd of May,2024 - The HR got back saying that the person who resigned from their role at Saviynt took back their resignation which in my eyes is not a fair decision. Poor Decision Making: You can't take away 2 months from a person and then convey them that the position is closed On the day when I was called for a F2F interview: I was subjected to a 1 hour training session on my new job role. I was introduced to the team I would be working with. I was asked to come to office the following day which did not happen eventually. I had a 30 mins interview/discussion with the General Manager I had a salary discussion with the HR and was informed that I should be getting my offer letter in 2 days and my joining date should be 28th of April I was asked to fill forms , my professional documents, my salary slip, my educational documents which is as per me violation of personal belonging. The only emails I have from the HR is the calendar invites for the interview and where she has asked me my documents and none of the communication was ever circulated in an email. There are double standards and politics when coming to promotion, hike and team change. Fool making statements and blatant lies have been given to me by management on multiple occasions.
