There is no proper KT for the new joiner given here. Post joining, no official introduction done by the Manager to the team until I asked him. There was no weekly or monthly team -meeting, since last month they scheduled the same. There is No streamlined process and correct documentation to follow. Tenured team members will not make you comfortable or have a friendly environment within a team. The work culture is not good in the team. I see the same situation from other mates as telltale signs. (Check this with recent joiners in team) I also see here new joiners leave the company or they get terminated within 3 months.
