The management forcefully ask the employees to give the 4 or 5 star ratings. This is the most embarrassing and pathetic for the employees who are dissatisfied and discontent with the management and the company and yet they are forced to give 4 or 5 stars ratings. Hell politics, Rashmi and Harpal are two evil souls there to demotivate, suppress, bring bad picture of every employee among Mitesh malhotra, and that fat dumb trusts blindly, they do not know to value others, they are top most fraudsters. Too much politics and too much work pressure. No options for work progress at all. Entire company is running with only 3 people and all others are like poor servants. The day begins with lies and ends up with lies. Nothing is realistic and nothing is fair here. I will recommend never go there even if they provide you 50K per month.
