my experience with the company was quite good

In terms of appraisal the company only raised 2-3% and when it comes to job security they will tell you any time to resign any time. Too much Favoritism is done. Too much politics

Most likely the culture and team mates. Benefit that company provided.

Internal politics. No Additional training activities for employee growth. Work timings are very bad. Managers left on time and employees work like donkey's. No work life balance.

Month end Dinner provided by company & family trip once in a year. Almost main festivals holidays.

3rd & 4th sat It is said to be half day but the work lasts till full day. Increment is very low percentage.
