Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. In terms of appraisal the company only raised 2-3% and when it comes to job security they will tell you any time to resign any time. Too much Favoritism is done. Too much politics
