Likes

Saurastra chemical is a very hidh chemical industry and I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality and quantity products.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is low. Some time, I have to work 16-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product analysis. I currently work as a production department.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
