Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Only One thing was positive and that was Dean of the college who was very supportive and cooperative but overall experience is very bad...

End of service calculations are not proper randomly calculated... I didn’t receive remaining amount from my end of service benefits yet almost two years now

Company is not delays for salary good company. We can get more experience and we can learn work good environment with saudi media system.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 11 or 12 hrs. Some time over time dedecting. Over time not giving time to time. 3or 4 month pending. Not giving bonus. No increament every year if increament but very percentage 5%
