The environment is cozy and comfortable. Opportunities to learn and grow is so overwhelming, yet i feel more chances could be provided for well-deserving workers who work locally rather than going overseas to recruit manpower.

Salary could me little improved to match industry standards and more opportunities be provided for those working through third-party contract companies.

Poor salaries comparing with other companies, poor employee development, and there is no clear career path for most postions. *Note: ( only GM and above have good benefits) But be aware that Saudi Airlines can be good bridge for you.
