EXPERIENCE: 2.5yrs as Engineer Employees: Asst Manager and below employees are actually good. Salary: Below avg salary (Engineers get 22k CTC - 16k as in hand) Increment: Range in between 1000 - 3000 Rupees on CTC per year for Engineers. Shifts: 3 Shifts (Whole Week) Sometimes lucky to get Sunday off. They also replace Sunday work with National Holidays. Management: Sucks (Here HR runs the company) Work Culture: Like Govt Job. Do your own work and go home. Job Security: 100% Like Govt. job Policies: Everything gets deducted from your CTC (Bonus as well) Bonus: 25k for all employees Politics: Sometimes you get depressed but you have to deal with it for job life experience 😂 Working hours: Most of the time 12hrs. Sometimes 16hrs (double shift) 8Hrs Duty is for some months. Company mostly runs woth shortage of staffs. Recruitment: 30% are relatives of Plant Head or Higher Management.
