Work culture is not proper. Not provide last month salary even after completion of notice period just because apply in other school in same city. Manager not behaviour is worst.

Satpuda Valley School gives a lot of freedom to her stake holders to take initiatives and implement them as long as they are in tune with the culture and ethos of the school.

Dislikes

Salary increment is not given yearly. For the past 3 years no one had got incremnent.

I like the staff n the mainly Jagdishraj sir who is conducting regular workshop for teachers n give chance to show their own talent n experience with the Class ,parents r so involved with kids overall woww
