There is no professionalism totaly lalla style working. Top management is not qualified and no idea of run the organisation. They are running their retail stores like a pan ki dukan. HR also not active in any problem of employee all decisions taken by some khas persons. In covid 19 lockdown we dint get any salary and we dint get anymail or official information from the HR. Now we have received salary reduction mail which would be applicable from June 19. And today most of the employees got call from operation manager that you guys have to resign. No HR talk no mail nothing. And from dated 19th May 20 comapnay operating their stores very well and we did lot of sales which we does in a month that sale we has done in just 12 days after that we got a call to resign. Work pressure is very high and job is very stressful. No on-job trainings for new employees. Uncooperative and Non-reliable colleagues. Job timings are very high. Colleagues try to take credits of the work done by you. Even management do not value the pain which we take to complete the work.
