Salary & expense is comes on times, HR are full support, as well as company culture is also good.

Toxic working Culture, Management doesn't want to listen what the reality is going on in the grass roots level, no support from the manager. Very poor behavior of the reporting Manager. He didn't want to listen anything from his team, distributor & dealers. No manpower support. As per Designation job role is different.

MD is always supportive and ready to listen to the opinions of junior members and doesn’t back off from giving chances. He’s one of the most visionary and logical people one might come across and would love to work under him and learn from him.

Dislikes

Pathetic work life balance. My boss, she used to message me even late night around 12:00-1:00 AM. I was literally asked to come to office to prepare reports on Republic Day as well which I had no choice but do from home. Despite it being one of the oldest organisations, day-to-day tasks are highly unorganised which makes simple things messy.

Salary is quite decent. Office premises is beautiful. There is a room for playing table tennis.

Negative work environment. Too much toxicity and politics within the team itself, no unity. Micromanaging to whole another level. Was even asked to turn on the read receipts which is a clear invasion of privacy. Pictures taken of phone screen while I was chatting, without me knowing and circulating it around the office. Non accepting despite putting in consistent efforts to mix in. The environment is too toxic that the person becomes hesitant to even approach the management. Continuous intrusion in personal life.
