Plant maintenance & house kiping cleaning is good & plant maintenance is good.

(1) The duty shift incharge in our plant and the payment is less than that of the successful worker, it is not good. (2) The trainee should stay with us for one year and not 18 months. And the salary of the trainees is also less and the salary does not increase even after the completion of the training. (3) Our grades have been increased forcefully. Because what is the difference between Assistant Officer and Junior Officer. (4) If someone cheats from his work or plant, he should be thrown out of the plant immediately and not transferred.
