Not much to like apart from the fact that its a Japanese MNC.

Dislikes

1) The company believes in the hire and fire model. 2) Zero work life balance 3) Incentives are not paid at all 4) The company refuses to give you your full and final settlement when you leave. Its been 6 months for me and I am yet to receive mine.

1. No job security 2. No timings 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. 3. By name it is Japanese but typically lala company. 4. Only CEO rule,no matter how it effect employee and organisation, he only see personal benefits. 5. No medical and accidental insurance. 6. No maternity leaves for women, in fact they say “please resign” from your post. 7. Anytime CEO fire employee without any reasons also any prior notice and without salary too. 8.
