Management is good but mediators worst no job security

There is lot politics in mediators, they will take decision what they required time being, didn't follow one rules

Work Details

Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training.i learn Ed everything on the job I got chance to wear multiple task helped me to learn different roles within the same team

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
