Poor management, poor hike and career growth. You feel like stuck in a particular band for ever. Moreover they have started to do cost cutting like any other companies and their salary is no more competitive in the Industry.

The lay off process is pretty bad, Manager can pick up any one and you can become victim for Internal Politics. Though you are hard working and occupied , you can be fired by your manager.
