As carona or covid 19 situations made some wobble situation for me. But though after mine PG in 1999 A.D. they offered me job but I refused. When again applied and entered SAP India pvt. Ltd., the same culture expected was not observed. Though 2 decades of years passed. Management changed and the all old stalwarts are abroad. But observed nice atmosphere and healthy attitude of colleague and Senior management too. Nice place to work as I left due to health concern and childhood attitude or behavior But overall they have good stratergy for improvement of business goals as well as improvement or benchmark of future product development of SAP S/4 HANA. just was accessing how will be 5 tier architecture of SAP S/5 HANA. As IT industry major base from Y2K transformation from 1970 a.d. for USA market is soly based on British or English or burocrat thinking, these company I was expecting Dutch guy's will be but again got burocrat thought process thinker. It was some change which felt unexpected. So this could lead in to make this nice engineering or product based company in Hand of process/procedure/policy/autocratic behaviors which technology Guru and even engineering professional may not like.
