I was contract employee at SAP labs for a period of 2 years. Working at SAP is a brand and good reputation. Company culture is good and its support to their employees. It provides good package and flexible work timings.
Since i was working on contract basis employee for a period of 2 years and i have not get a chance to continue in same team and other teams. so, i would say job security at SAP labs is very poor for contract employees.
I was part of SAP Partner enabliment team. i was coordinating and execution of SAP Partner test workshops and it is difficulties for me to get similar roll in other companies after left SAP.

I worked with SAP labs India on contract basis, I didn't get any perks but work wise less pressure. Need to learn everything by your own and that was the best part
Since it's a offline and inexpressive work because of Pandemic (WFH), you never know what the other person is trying to tell you. Managers, TL's and Colleague are lovely. Nothing to hate there
