Sanskriti School is a one of its kind institutions in the country. The institution encourages innovative teaching practices which make learning meaningful . In doing so ,it aims at nurturing happy, lifelong learners who will make a difference to society. The teachers are experienced , dedicated and highly resourceful and along withan involved Parent community, they bring out the best in every student. For me , it was a happy, fulfilling journey of teaching and learning....Read More

Dislikes

Apart from being overworked at times , I loved my job . I also hope that the school implements the full compensation package for its staff as per the 7 th Pay Commission.

Work Details

Very exciting, fulfilling but also stressful at times.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
