If you are a junior member of a team, you cannot rise to a more senior job until an replacement takes over. People are compelled to work for more than 10 hours every day and are treated as slaves. Seniors make training promises, but when the time comes, they typically ask for assistance since they have other responsibilities. Favoritism comes into play; if the team leader, project manager, or coordinator thinks highly of you, you can leave the office at any moment and you are not required to work. In terms of pay policy, the minimum is considered for incentive or any bonus, but when you leave the firm, they demand payment in full or in part, and even if you have leaves, they will not grant them when you request them. Working on Saturdays and Sundays does not excuse you from being present when you request time off. Complaining to management is fruitless since you risk being fired from the team or the company. Concerns regarding the production crew are either ignored or handled with the statement that they will be notified. They give examinations with differed cutoff scores to determine wage hikes,where the cutoff changed for every three months and the raise is only 3,000. If you are a passive person, you can work there for more than ten years without actively participating in projects.
