Very good work culture, zero politics ,no gossip, no favorites.zero toxic environment. Highly professionals and ethical from past 25+ yrs Management respect every employee, Company dont treats engineers like slave They have proper & sufficient resources They provide advanced tools and resources like laptop, tablet to service engineer for troubleshooting. *They provide Flight facility for long hour journey They care about employees safety first. * provide PPE's every 6 months * they have a proper machine testing facility with complying all radiation testing facility. *thier refurbishment and testing quality is at high standards, they use high quality materials and advance technology to refurb ct *employees feel very safe while working there. * they provide cab facilities for local and outstation also and MD and CEO doesn't care about expenditures as they take care of employees safety first. *receptionist is a good human being,she take care of all engineers mental health. * accounts team won't deduct engineers expenses unnecessarily. expense will be cleared on time. *admin team is very well organized and good behavior from admin team. *CEO responds to every mail and addresses the issue. * management consultant is very supportive ( they won't tell you none of your business) * they conduct meetings every week to address the problem of engineers. * over all : They are all good human being....Read More
