Sanmina gets great projects from well reknowned companies around the world. You experience from the scratch development. You also get opportunity to do Architecture, Design and Implementation.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

- Worst Salary . Worst Managers - Impossible Schedule - No process - Aggressive load and efforts - When a module can be completed in 180 days, they expect you to complete in 2 days

Work Details

I worked there foro 6 years and it was more like a startup company, i had a very good team, but all of them have left. Now this has turned into a 3rd graded companhy.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
