No life, treated employees as a slave, close monitoring, now work-life balance, they don't care if anyone is dying in your family, no support from HR or head of the company, high politics, no growth, lots of favouritism, they retain and promote only those employees who are chaplus.

Dislikes

Everything, organisation culture, policies, no life, no work appreciation, doubting every time etc.
