Initially - between 2006 & 2014 - the work culture was good and employees were treated with respect. Post - 2014, everything went downhill.

Dislikes

Since 2016, the college management has adopted the practise of late salaries. Employees get salaries about 4 - 6 months late. And the PF amount deducted from employee salaries is not deposited in pf accounts. Infact, the college management does not deposit its partvof pf at all. PF deposits have not been made since January 2018.

Nothing is there to be like everything is terrible.

They are not providing salary on time . They deduct provident fund every month of both side employer nd employee in employee salary only and thenafter they are not credited PF for more than 2 year.They hold atleast 3 month salary nd after 3 months when fourth month completed then they provide only 1 month salary so always they holdatleast 3 month salary. if employee resign due to this they are not giving that due salary. They have very worst transport facility alomost every day their buses are not working so we have to wait or adjust in other routes. They do not have time limits they forced m to work till 3AM in the morning almost whole nyt highly unprofessionalism. Worst college to work. My work experience was worst. People who work there are highly unprofessional it seems they are illeterate. For serving tea on the meeting u have to send mail to that person who are not able to write spellings correctly. So where d hell professionalism.

Our country needs many many engineers. To shutdown college is not good decision. I feel you and me both have serve betterment of our country. Keep admissions in large by providing minimum fees. No discount, no concession, good learning atmosphere by real teaching gurus must be there.
