No value of executive in sangeetha mobiles they think executives are dummy . Executives work hard and give there time 14 15 hrs to company and after that they even not appreciate you . No salary hike no pf no insurances for executives they hire executive for only use and throw purpose

I like we don't have to stand too much. Compare to other retail companies. And employees and superiors talk friendly

Work load is too much in low salary no incentives plans for executives. I never got 1 rs extra salarys . No pf no insurance no esi benefits they deduct esi but dont pay to esi .we have to delever all the online ordea free of cost company dont pay pertol money. If we died at delevery time due to accident they dont pay single rupee. No on time leaves no week offs on time. And every time they told 15000 salary kider se laana karna hai karo warna nikaljao. I don't like Rajesh sir's words and actions, he humiliates me, speaks disrespectfully in meetings where the manager and employees are present, I tolerated what he did for my family problem, the Asm position has no respect at all, he speaks rudely for no reason.
