Proper Management is not there, No job security, Salary delayed, Not following proper notice period(as per offer letter) Hr following work report then why did stayed VP, GM, MD, Relieving time salary properly not credited, simply say its fault & internal family collaprate company

I satisfied my work but this conpany is proper format document is not their, i will make the format & sending but md on that day approved format, 2days later he asked its not good u make the new format, next i create the new format he accept, but 2- 3...
