Great place to work. Staff are averagely trained. For most one consultant has to get the job done. Always supported from the management.

As it is a private hospital there is pressure to keep patients even when the consultants are not confident on him. Seems reasonable. Otherwise no problems.

Well, work life balance is not maintained. It is kind of hectic. Basically you are on call 24 hours 7 days a week even when you are on holiday.
