Team mates, career growth, politics,lots of uneducated old people in company, work life balance is zero... You duty will start at 8am and will be end 8-9pm...managers are useless with lots of ego, hell for new person, hr and upper departments are well and good but in sites... This is totally hell with uneducated people with their unnaccesory ego. They don't want to learn new things and also they don't like newcomers, they want to everything in their traditional unsafe way...Read More

I'm really excited when i joined it in Nagpur academy our compatance development manager and hr person are very supportive in Nagpur and well clean accommodation and food was provided by company but when we reach to site then we seen the reality.so sad
