It was good experience while working with Sandvik Asia. Employees benefit schemes were great. Good corporate work culture useful for positive personality development. All basic facilities available for employees like bus, canteen etc.

Dislikes

Company should give paid holidays for some important festivals. On job training should be provide to new joinees. Salary rise also need to check as per other industrial norms.

some senior staffs and management are not well. Seniors are asking juniors to arrange get together with their own cost in monthly basis, otherwise seniors are treated as a house servant at site. They are not appreciated or encouraged his work style, culture and dedication to work. Always trying to blame and finally people are resigned.
