Work culture is healthy, all staff from worker to manger very co operative, timely salary, all benefits , great canteen.training program, overall very great company

Only one type of work, that will feel bored after some time. No job security, there is nothing to show progress in work as job becomes very repetitive, you will not get work satisfaction here, as your skills and work has very big difference. You can do very good things if you assign with good work, but here you are assigned to labour type work , so how could you show your progress to management

Initially very exciting, after that becomes very bored. As my boss has no time to use me for some good work, so work is very repetitive. But here you don't have anything new you have to go for repetitive bored job
