Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Everything you can think of. Joining this is like invitation to lifetime trauma. They will ask you to come on sundays and if you dont they will cut your salary. In the morning if there is power cut, they will not let you come inside so to not give you salary as machines are off and you cant give them any output. Am and dm are illiterate they can slap you and will tell you to meet them outside if you raise any issue against them. Do not join they are not even giving market rate.
