In sandhar Components Behrampur Gurgaon Haryana my experience is very bad because in there very docxi environment for new joining there running of bloody politics every cco set own member like Aneesh Khan he is no knownlge about owner plant in behrampur all of employes are admitted own personal relationship I am not explain all about sorry for this feedback thanks 🙏

Great place to start career with Sandhar. Good opportunity to do and learn by self.All staff has been really very friendly and supportive throughout my tenure. They support in Bad times too(Covid pandemic). Five days a week work culture is also great practice here.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
