They only hire diploma holders for their own sake.It is 100% sure that you're going to be kicked out after 2 years or sometime before,no matter how well you do...and they'll call you personally and say don't come tomorrow you're time is up and we have blocked your card. And I feel very bad for casual workers too because they don't even ask them

My training session is also good at sanden vikas , I also learn very important things for working in industrial park.

Dislikes

Sometimes working load ( 16 hours) due to not attending next shift person . Growth is slow. Nothing value of trainee after 2 years completed training session.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
