During the Covid-19 pandemic, the organization was quite supportive and cooperative towards employees. Even though WFH was a new introduction, the team was very quick to adapt and make their deliverables on time. The company also encouraged employee skill enhancement during the COVID-19 lockdown time to fruitfully utilize the time preparing for the unprecedented challenges that presented itself.

The compensation is decent, work pressure is high. Sometimes, there are a lot of loose ends that need to be managed as the project is very complex. I do get appreciation from the boss at times, but growth is slow. There is a scope improvement but require collective team enthusiasm & management support.
