There is nothing good at Sandmartin, the management is the biggest downgrade in their system, not an employee oriented company. Samir Ranjan is pathetc liar, only ask you to come & never take the interviews professionally.
Dislikes
I am working here from 3 year because of bond commitment(finally i'll be free in 1 month) they will force you to sign the bonds.
If you are joining this company please be prepare to deal with worst, there is so much biasness,no learning opportunity,no growth, you will be in so much work pressure, salary is not as per market standard</mark>.
Double standard HR.(Samir Ranjan & Muskan khanna she doesn't even know how to communicate procedure professionally)

I worked with SMC in a UK process, BRAL Team (Team would be a wrong word, I am sorry. BRAL Family. I would call it a Family because our Mentor have kept the team as his FAMILY.)
I am writing about my experience with the BRAL Family.
--> I have around 4.5 years of total work experience and i have worked with total 5 different Managers but with my experience with my BRAL Manager(Sorry Manager would be a wrong word for him, he is not a manager, he is a Leader a Great Leader who leads from the front)Mr Lalit Sikri Sir was the most rewarding one.
--> What difference I saw from my previous jobs:
1) None of my previous Manager was keen to transfer knowledge to his team, they transferred limited knowledge which is required to complete the job/task assigned. But Mr. Lalit Sir structured his team and work in a way that his team spend atleast 30 days in learning in a span of a quarter (90 days). He made sure that his team get access of all different type of software SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Xero, QuckBooks. His main motto of working style is "Train People well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to."
2) Mr. Lalit Sir have strength to digest Truth (I was a transfer case from a different team, honestly speaking earlier I was not sure whether I should get into UK process because I was having 3 years of work experience in US process and I wanted to move to CANADA after this job, so somewhere I was not interested and was having a casual or cold attitude towards transfer as well.) So when I had a formal introduction call before the actual transfer took place. So in the call i (still remember)he asked he about my two strength and weakness, I remember I said I am honest person and I usually dont lie and I always speak the truth and i am blunt as well. this is my greatest strength and my greatest weakness, to this I was countered with a question that whether I would maintain the same attitude with client aswell, to which i gently reply No, i understand that somewhere we need to be diplomatic with the client, but with others you always expect me that I will keep this kind of attitude only. So he said OK and transfer was processed. After few months I put him to test, we have a alternative Saturday off, so I called him said that I need a 2 days off on a Thursday and Friday as Saturday and Sunday are off And I want to go to a road trip with my wife and kid(Somewhere I was sure that he will reject my leaves as I called him on a Wednesday evening only). In reply he asked that whether I have any deliverables or am I expecting any urgent mail from client? I said NO. then he said OK, put out of office on your MS- Outlook and enjoy your trip. This was the time he won(rather bought) me and my loyalty.
3) He take Stand for team: Mr. Lalit Sir made sure his team gets every facilities his team deserves, After lockdown as we joined one chair broke down as the office opened after 2 years. He ordered new chairs for the team and made sure that we were the first team to get new sets of chair as soon they arrive in office, he made sure every seats should be clean before his team arrives in office, he ensured every team member should have access to hand sanitizer, tissues. Acs should be running smoothly, he is very open, he was always be like if you need anything or face any issues then let me know, i will get it done. He genuinely cares for his team (This is not the case with other teams - my friend's team waited for 1 month to get there ac repaired, I am sure admin team would not be liking us because of the same :P)
4) No unnecessary stay backs or stretching: I have seen manager's(rather damangers who make there team stretch just to pretend that there team have work). But Mr.Lalit Sir vision is like Sprite, Seedhi Baat, No Bakwas. Clear hai !!
He have kept his team in a good way that even everyteam members try to give his best and it's under his leadership the team size have grown from 13 to 26 team members (rather to 26 happy team members).
5) He Praises/Gives Credit/Appreciate : In oder to maintain a big team(Our end client is also very big) we have a daily morning call to discuss all the work plan and understand any member is facing any issue and he in case any team members have received any appreciation over mail or he have received a appreciation on his client call, then he never fails to appreciate his team members in front of everyone in the daily morning call to keep the team positive and motivated. He also receive negative feedback but he never discussed in Public.( I remember I made many mistakes even after working on a assignment for few months and at the end of the month he just used to call me and ask me if i need any help/training/assistant or is there is anything he can help me in order to improve).
5(a) I have heard him many times giving a clear message to the management and the end client that each and every member is giving more then 100 % ( I was sitting very close to him :P)
6) The Covid Time(The Unlucky Me): I 2nd Covid wave was disastrous for majority of us from getting ill to loosing our loved once. The same was no different for members of BRAL Family, Even at a critical time when majority of our team members were not able to work he gave a strong and clear message to the end client "that we have always given you our support, now we need your support in our difficult time and even the end client understood the situation, more then half of the team was not working but he stood strong with his team in difficult times. "The Unlucky Me" i use this phrase because unluckily I was not the part of BRAL Family during this time and i confirmed this situation from 3 ex employees of this team.
7) Rahul Gumber Sir was my direct reporting manager, he is also a gem of a person. I remember when ever I used to make any mistake and receive any nasty mail from the client then he used to scare me for a minute (just for fun) then just used to say "aaja iski waat lagae"(uski - the person who had send a nasty mail to me).He is a person who is having solution to every problem. He is indeed knowledge. He is a genuine person who is having a lot of knowledge and he takes the charge of (Team wide and organisations wide) training. He is always up with loads of jokes and keep his team laughing all the time. Even being at a manager levels if he finds that his team is overburdened with jobs he used to help his team even with the processing thing, which any person with his level of experience can't even think of doing. He made sure none of his team member is never overburdened and leaves for home always on time. He cared for his a lot.
8) Rahul Gumber Sir always used to plan get togethers within office and even in cafe's for his team. It was actually to much working under his leadership.
9) Rahul Gumber Sir stood strong with his team : there were time when we faced difficulties handling different Client Managers but he always stood with us and protected us and made sure that our learning goes on.
10) Positive Atmosphere: The top to bottom approch is good, which helps maintaining good positive atmosphere.
Conclusion: For BRAL Family i can surely give GUARANTEE that if you will join you will definitely enjoy your time along with getting great level of learning.
