1. If i taking about job security the truth is they hired manpower through contractor or their relatives easily. With labor grade pay - 9500/- 2. Working Culture: Worst working culture i have ever seen in the industries. You have not taken decisions with your own. You always be take permission to the higher management directly. 3. Management is not good enough also. They all change their decisions in a second. You have start work again according to their requirement. 4. HR policy: what a joke. A single cup of tea is not provided by the management & drinking water is not available in the company permisis & bad conditions of the toilets....Read More

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
