Everything about the college authorities is worst. There is no discipline, neither the management is good. There are no safety policies as such. Faculties and authorities have a misogynist and patriarchy mentality. Women employees are always degraded and is not provided any safety. I had to face harassment and molestation here. I complained to the authorities, but they rather started blaming my character and dignity. It was an horrifying experience to work here. They pay extremely low wages and make you feel that you are highly paid and hence burden you with 10 times work load which is impossible to deal with. People are extremely unprofessional here. The environment here is very good for teaching. As well as all the faculty members are very cooperative. As a technical assistant of ECE departmen I can can also learn mush more things from my restectable departmental teachers. All departments are connected to each other so learning process is well established for all department.
