Samunnati is very flexible in understanding the needs of the market. The management is active in catering various services and active in creating opportunities for the ecosystem. The senior colleagues are very receptive to suggestions and valuing the inputs give.

The nature of work is varied. So staying at client location is very difficult, as the employee has to abide by the clients terms. This is really difficult because all the facilities and options that my colleagues enjoy would not be available for me. like work from home flexible work hours etc
