Samunnati being a Finance company, it is not confining to its role, but trying to work closely with farmers and addrssing the actual problems faced by the farmers, which is converting them into good clients or good repayers of the loan. This is a new dimension that samunnati is bringing into the Agri finance industry in India.

The fast and constant evolution of the company is forcing to change the structure of the company frequently, which should be thought and analysed before changing the structures,

I am in Innovations and Product Solutions team, working on different new projects, trying to explore the different angles of agriculture markets and help Samunnati come up with a suitable structure to capitalise on the need of the market.

Excellent top management, most of them are ex-bankers / industry veterans with rich experience, most of them are very approachable. Wonderful people. Vibrant atmosphere.

Appraisal process could be improved to make people of similar skills / knowledge levels / experience being paid at a comparable salary range. This will help motivate employees who were earning lesser pay for various reasons (excluding performance, skill, attitude related issues etc.,) and improves talent retention.
