Only the frontliner (Client facers/ business person) is pushing the whole system and each team member, in my opinion every team ( i.e, credit, Risk, operations, IT, new product) should be responsible for any delays and mistakes. Everyone must support frontliner by feeling responsibility for the outcomes.
