The Designers in organisation are quiet good, you learn while working live on projects. The end products are high end.

Dislikes

Salary Delay,Salary Cuts, Non payment of taxes and PF contribution is a regular thing. Forget your Mediclaim money,Gratuity amount and F&F. Poor Organisational structure,no scope for growth. No trainings. Not recommended if you are from a good institute. They might give you a high hike on package but will eventually not pay you as they have a common practice of salary cuts/delays and no PF contribution....Read More
