The most I like about Samsung is the benefits like transport, food, business trips and the employee discounts. These are all monetary benefits for each and every employee. And if you are a good performer, then there are a lot more perks for you and that's what anyone loves, being rewarded for all your hard work and dedication. Apartfrom that, there are skill development/learning training, but very limited opportunities to be technically sound and learn new things. Overall I have a very good experience and would love to work again for Samsung if I got an opportunity. If you yourself are enthusiastic and keen to learn and implement new ideas, you will definitely get an opportunity and will be encouraged to show your talent. There's no stopping you. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
