They don’t work on modern technologies like in web React.js , Node.js . Very few teams work . Most of there code bases are in C,C++ and java

There is nothing to like about samsung. Well Samsung is a terrible place for your skill development, especially in India, because Koreans are the real developers over there, Indians are considered as cheap labors whom they hire for side works like bug resolving. The culture is intoxicating, you might even think of jumping from the roof of a multistory building as there is zero support from your manager and the staff member. Especially from a specific team FRAMEWORK R&D, well what should I say, the culture is the worst as over there, there is one guy, he is the lead of this team of 200+ members, everyone calls him "NAAG", he is more toxic than a toxic girlfriend. The power over there is in the hands of some ~40 years old guys, with almost negative knowledge about there own work, and asks freshers to do the entire work without contributing at all. They don't provide even a bit of KT and just blabber about how we need to do the work and come on time, stay till late, this is the only job of old farts aka managers.

1.Salary & Promotions 2.No HR in this company instead they have ER team(Employee Relations) which are basically10th Passed Operators promoted to Engineer category. They do not know even ABCD of HR and their role, you can never expect their help on any occasions whether it is Mediclaim, Present Role, Promotion, Cafeteria Food, Harrassement etc.

Wrost experience in the sales team daily they can give us worst targets and they can hire employee for mobile sale then they will tell you can sale mobile insurance, you can do mobile finance also clear costomer diligence and you can also apply bank credit card with tid up with samsung. I can work 7 year there is no promotions no increments i can weste my 7 year in the worst company.

Well many things: 1) Poor workculture 2) Politics & favoritism 3) Lack of leadership skills in senior managers as they have old mindset and approach 4) HRs has no power as they do whatever departmenet managers say 5) If you raise a voice against any issue then somehow you'll thrown out of the org 6) Samsung is a company where performance ratings are either given by managers to their favourites or to hte who haven't received good ones in last 1 or 2 years. Better than peers Salary, incentives, bonuses all come on specified time without fail.

Not related to company specially, But always it is the bosses and managers and sometimes boss of the boss who never promotes hard and smart working employees and supports the buttery chamchas. Also being a MNC, Korean bossss were great in understanding the skills of employees and as usual Indian employees never supports everyone for onsite, awards and promotions.
