You get to work alongside some of the brightest management graduates.
Dislikes
Extremely toxic work culture. Employees are treated as if they have no personal life. Managers speak very rudely and sometimes curse subordinates.
Appraisals and promotions are done basis your relations with upper management folks. Asslickers and people close to upper management are credited with the work of others and promoted irrespective of capability.
-Military Culture(strict work reporting hours, no flexibility, wfh, etc.)
-Favouritism (no matter how you work hard but korean management prefer who can please more to them)
-Promotion and good appraisal for selected persons(who are favourite in front of management and koreans)
-Toxic environment nowadays
-Too much focus on internal reporting
