As in every firm the kind of work you get a lot on your team. Fortunately i was in server team where people try out every new technology in the name of poc to put in their cv. They might not use them as they should be you get idea about those n there are good learning opportunities. The culture is not good though too much politics.But there are no wfh so no worries at home. For transport there are buses and it is very much a 8:30-5:30 job though they are trying to increase flexibility. But don't worry much they will help you prepare for other companies. Most people go to good companies after Samsung. I have seen people try fo Amazon every 6 months and eventually go there after 5-6 attempts. So if you are worried about your future in the sense that you wont get a good company after this thats wrong. You can even prepare for ms or mba hell someone even cracked IAS.
